When selecting a pro av cable, control cable, or automation and lighting cable for your next control system deployment, Windy City Wire offers products and solutions that support reliable performance and long-term maintainability.
Lighting Control Cable for Professional AV and Building Environments
Windy City Wire supplies low-voltage lighting control cable engineered for commercial and industrial projects where reliable signaling, code compliance, and clean installation practices are required. This pro av cable is a shielded, 22 AWG, 6-conductor solution designed to carry stable control signals for architectural and theatrical lighting while coexisting with audio, video, and network systems inside complex facilities.
Built on bare copper conductors with an overall foil shield, the cable helps protect low-level control traffic from electrical noise produced by LED drivers, dimmers, motors, and power distribution. A CMP plenum rating and UL listing support use in air-handling spaces commonly found in modern buildings. The black outer jacket blends into venue ceilings and racks, and the six color-identified conductors simplify terminations and troubleshooting.
